The Home Information Pack is a completely new way of buying and selling houses and any business involved will have to adapt their current methods and develop new ways of working.

Our aim is to provide the best possible service to estate agents, solicitors and Pack providers. We will supply high quality Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Reports, with the level of service you require, to the timescales you demand.

The founder and Managing Director, Jeremy Hopkins has over ten years experience in the energy efficiency business; completing energy surveys for both the housing market and small business.

This means we know more about Energy Performance Certificates and associated energy services than any other provider you are likely to find. We will be happy to discuss your HIP requirements and are sure we can find a solution that suits you business needs.

Our main office is in Brighton; however we have a team of Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors, located throughout the region and can currently cover most of East and West Sussex and parts of Surrey.
